We deliver to Germany and to all other countries of the European Union. Outside the EU we deliver to Switzerland and Norway. The checkout checks whether a product can be delivered to your address.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs depend on the product. You see them in the checkout before you pay.
All amounts apply to standard shipping and include VAT. For posters, canvases and panels they depend on the number of items from the same product group in your order. The four amounts in each field apply to 1, 2, 3 and 4 or more items.

If you order products from different product groups, they may arrive in several parcels. Shipping costs are calculated per product group and added together. You see the total in the checkout before you complete your order.
Delivery times
Our products are only printed after you order. The delivery time covers printing and shipping and is counted from receipt of your payment.
- Germany: usually 5 to 9 working days
- Other EU countries: usually 5 to 12 working days
- Switzerland: usually 7 to 14 working days
The expected delivery time is also shown with each product. Before Christmas and around public holidays it may take longer.
Where we print
We work with print partners in Europe. Which print shop produces your order depends on the product and the destination country.
Customs and duties outside the EU
For deliveries to countries outside the EU, import duties, taxes and carrier fees may apply unless they have already been charged in the checkout. You bear these costs.
Deliveries to Switzerland and Norway: depending on the product, the parcel may come from the EU. Customs duties and import VAT may then be due on delivery and are paid by the recipient.
Digital products
You receive digital products by email as a download, usually within 24 hours on working days. There are no shipping costs for these.
